Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach. • Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels. • Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties. • Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility of the selling of age restricted items such as lottery, tobacco. • Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency. • Have a good working understanding of the POS system. • Receive, price and display merchandise as required specified by the team leader. • Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports. • Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures. • Perform all other duties as assigned.
