DELI MANAGER Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Deli Manager for our Marketplace Food Store location in Rosetown. What you’ll do: The successful applicant will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the Deli Department, including overseeing inventory management, department budgeting, department business planning, department sales and expenses, completing claims and invoices, merchandising standards, supporting Team Members and Team Leaders, and providing exceptional customer service. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: · You have 5 years of Deli and/or Food Store Operations experience. · You have an understanding of Food Safe Handling, Fresh Food Department operation, and inventory management · You’re familiar with reading operational and financial statements. · You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. · You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Deli or Food Store operations. A strong understanding of food safety, inventory management, and financial statement analysis is required.
