What you’ll do: The pump attendant will provide prompt, personalized service to all of our members and guests. This includes: * Engaging and interacting with guests to create a positive shopping experience – in person and on the phone. * Providing full island service and assisting with all inquiries. * Assisting customers with requirements for oil, lube, and propane sales. * Processing sales transactions * Ensuring proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products. * Maintaining a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements. * Completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: * Must be capable of lifting up to 20kg * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills * Experience in providing excellent customer service * Manual dexterity is required to use petroleum pumps, sales till and peripherals. * Must be available for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. * Applicant must be 16 years of age or older Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan.
