An exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members RSP matching program for eligible associates Flexible scheduling to allow you to focus on what is important to you Discounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members Access to our onsite gym Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day As a Guest Service Agent, you will be working with our Guest Services team to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will be working a rotating schedule and are often the first point of contact for all hotel, conference and/or restaurant guests. Daily responsibilities include answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation and the local area; taking payment and verifying credit authorizations; responding to special guest requests; and championing guest service programs. Key Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities That Are Required A minimum 1-year customer service and/or hospitality experience, preferred. Ability to work long hours occasionally and work standing up to 8 hours per day. Excellent computer skills - MS Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software - OPERA experience preferred. Requirements

Preferred minimum of one year of experience in customer service or hospitality. Must be able to work a flexible rotating schedule and possess strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office and CRM software.
