We offer yoga, mobility, meditation, mindfulness, dance, and wellness workshops designed to support employee well-being and performance. Role Description We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and professional Yoga Instructor to join DD7 Yoga on a part-time, on-site basis in Montreal. The instructor will lead engaging and inclusive yoga classes for corporate clients and studio participants. Responsibilities include preparing class sequences, demonstrating postures, offering modifications, guiding breathwork and mindfulness practices, and creating a welcoming experience for participants. Instructors may also have opportunities to participate in corporate wellness events and workshops. Qualifications * Strong yoga instruction skills and experience teaching group classes * Experience with Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, or similar dynamic styles * Yoga teacher training certification (200-hour minimum preferred) * CPR/First Aid certification is an asset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, reliable, and punctual * Ability to adapt classes to different levels and abilities * English and/or French; bilingual is an asset * Previous corporate wellness experience is an asset
