Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment. Familiar with prep, line cooking, and food safety standards Qualifications Certifications — Required for ALL Positions Every Role Requires The Following, Regardless Of Position Food Handler / Food Safety Training (FST) certificate Allergen Awareness Training certificate Proof of these certificates must be provided prior to starting your first shift.
