CLST 1110 – Introduction to Greek Civilization
Job Description
One part-time position to teach reception of myth portion of CLST 1110 – Introduction to Greek Civilization. This is a team-taught course. Applicants need to have thorough knowledge of Greek myth and literature (either in the original languages or in English translation), and of reception of Greek myth in English literature (Shakespeare to Modern).
Required Qualifications
Masters or PhD degree in English Demonstrated post-secondary teaching experience related to Greek myth and literature Demonstrated post-secondary teaching experience of English literature (Shakespeare to Modern). Willing and able to teach in a team environment. Available to teach 14:30 – 16:20 MW Ability to attend regular meetings related to course and the program, July – Dec 2026
