Paradise Home Cleaning is seeking house cleaners in Toronto! We need cleaners who can service a 30 minute driving radius around their area, and have their own vehicle and cleaning supplies, including a vacuum. If you already have your own small cleaning team of 2?3 cleaners that you regularly work with, you are encouraged to apply together. We are happy to work with established small teams that consistently deliver high-quality service.

We are looking for:

• Experienced cleaners with a minimum of 5 years of residential cleaning experience.
• Cleaners with reliable transportation and their own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum.
• Candidates willing to obtain their own general liability insurance.

Hours & Pay

• As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own working hours and schedule.
• In the first few weeks, we will start slow with a job or two per week (approximately 10 hours), but once it is proven that you are able to consistently deliver reliable, professional, high-quality cleans, your schedule will gradually ramp up with additional jobs to help fill your availability, with the opportunity to reach 35?40 hours per week if desired.
• Starting pay is structured as a percentage of each job rather than a strict hourly rate, which typically works out to approximately $25/hour to start. As you demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and consistently high-quality work, your percentage per job will increase, creating a clear path to earning the equivalent of $28 to $30/hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential & commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness in various areas of the home, ensuring a neat environment.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning duties within the designated schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs.
• Assist with laundry and other household tasks as required, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
