Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation and handling, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively.
• Uphold company policies regarding food service, hygiene, and safety practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred of at least 1 year.
• Food handling certificate and cashiering skills is a plus.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively.
