About the Role
We are looking for an Operational Services team member to support our Front Office and overall hotel operations. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for our guests by providing luggage assistance, valet service, and general operational support across the property. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working both independently and as part of a team, and delivering excellent guest service.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay
Assist with luggage handling and guest requests
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and exterior areas
Support Front Office operations, including assisting with guest arrivals and departures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor the property and report safety or maintenance concerns
Respond to guest inquiries and assist with directions or local information
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Ability to stay calm and handle a variety of situations professionally
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate automatic vehicles (standard is an asset)
Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Working Conditions
This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction. Scheduling includes a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying
Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 50lbs
