Team members are united by a shared aesthetic vision and passion for modern design. Role Description The Stock Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Gardens, FL. This role is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper labeling. The Stock Associate will replenish product on the floor, support visual merchandising by maintaining clean and orderly displays, and assist with price changes, transfers, and stockroom organization. Day-to-day tasks include using inventory systems, preparing products for sale, coordinating with store leadership on stock needs, and following all loss prevention and safety procedures. The role may also support store operations through basic customer assistance, collaboration with sales associates, and participation in regular inventory audits. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to handle receiving, sorting, and replenishing inventory efficiently. Attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and tracking merchandise using inventory systems. Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including lifting, carrying, and moving boxes and product. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store management and sales associates. Reliability and flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic computer skills and comfort learning point-of-sale and inventory software. Previous retail, warehouse, or stockroom experience is an asset but not required. Commitment to providing a welcoming in-store environment and supporting the brand’s aesthetic and customer experience.
