Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Luxury Sales Specialist role based in Kelowna, BC. The Luxury Sales Specialist will welcome clients, provide personalized styling support, and guide shoppers through the selection of authenticated designer apparel, handbags, footwear, and accessories. This role includes managing the in-store client experience, answering product questions, processing sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to reflect a premium boutique environment. The specialist will also support consignment intake by reviewing items with clients, explaining the consignment process, and ensuring accurate documentation and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with online order fulfillment, contributing to social media or digital storytelling, handling basic inventory tasks, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience. Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling, product knowledge development, and comfort working toward individual and store targets. Knowledge or enthusiasm for luxury designer brands, and resale or consignment markets. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise with care, and manage multiple client needs in a fast-paced boutique environment. Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools; experience with e-commerce platforms or social media is an asset. Prior retail, hospitality, or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for client service and style is essential.
