We are looking to add a Receptionist to join the team!

• Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and transfer to proper employee or department
• Take messages and ensure proper employee gets it in a timely manner
• Welcome customers into the showroom, and ensure they meet with proper department
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Emails, copies, faxes, printing as some tasks required
• Ordering dealership supplies as needed
• Overseeing service file room-both for up-to-date filing and accuracy for continual audits
• Overseeing greeting flow and reporting to sales team of results, via spreadsheet reported every morning for the previous day.
• Bilingualism & Licensing experience would be an asset.
• Assist with any tasks that are given by Sales Manager.

Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:00am-12:00pm
