What You?ll Do

As the Evening & Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. Your role is essential in ensuring every guest receives a professional and welcoming experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department
• Answering and transferring incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Assisting with basic administrative and clerical duties
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Supporting the sales and service departments as needed
• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring messages are delivered promptly
• Assisting with dealership errands and light office tasks when required

What We?re Looking For

• Previous customer service or reception experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
