Job Description:

As a Softwash Technician, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently cleaning the exterior of local Nova Scotians homes using our expert softwashing techniques. This includes diluting and applying cleaning solutions, operating equipment, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will work both independently and with a team to ensure each job is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
• Apply cleaning solutions and ensure effective coverage
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely and efficiently
• Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions
• Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment
• Follow company protocols for safety and quality assurance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in softwashing or pressure washing preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and techniques preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are considered an asset
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
