About the role
Part time office assistant required
We are looking for a reliable and organized part time office assistant to help with day to day administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Duties include:
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll assistance
Billing & Invoicing (SAGE)
Filing and data entry
General office support
Requirements:
Organized and detail oriented
Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
Experience with office software and invoicing
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Position details:
Part time hours
Flexible schedule
*We do not have running water, we do however have a womans only staff washroom*
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
