Overview Smoke FX is seeking a part-time sales associate to join our team at our Kanata location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with vaping products is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $17.60 per hour
