Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist (Front Desk Part-Time/On-Call)

Location: La Palma Spa ? Richmond/Knob Hill/South Calgary (Just 8 blocks from Marda Loop)

We're currently looking for a part-time/on-call Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a serene, guest-centered environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of a business, we?d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
• Manage appointment bookings by phone and online using booking software
• Efficiently check out guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visit
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa and adhere to Alberta Health guidelines
• Assist with opening/closing duties and end-of-day cleaning
• Handle direct billing for insurance
• Collaborate with and support fellow team members
• Thrives Independently

What You Bring:

• Reliability and consistency

• Previous experience with clinic or spa booking software (Jane software is an asset)
• Familiarity with insurance direct billing processes
• Strong Mac, POS, and general tech skills
• A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational habits

• A self-starter who thrives independently but works well in a team
• A belief in the benefits of massage, acupuncture, and holistic care
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally

Availability Needs: This is a part-time/on-call position with variable shifts. Highest need is:

• Thursday/Friday Evenings
• Weekends

Example shifts:

• Thursdays/Fridays: 3:00/5:00 PM?9:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:30 AM?2:00 PM or 2:00 PM?7:00 PM
• Sundays: 9:30am - 6pm or 9:30am - 2pm / 2pm - 6pm
