The role involves applying deep biological expertise to help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and scientific understanding of next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Your biology expertise, research background, and scientific reasoning skills are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Responsibilities Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on biology-related content, datasets, and prompts used in AI development. Create, review, and refine scientific scenarios, questions, and explanations based on real-world biological concepts and applications. Ensure scientific accuracy, relevance, and depth across AI-generated outputs and training materials. Analyze biological information and provide expert insights to improve model performance and reliability. Collaborate with project teams to clarify complex biological topics and resolve ambiguities. Document methodologies, findings, and scientific rationale to support transparency and reproducibility. Participate in review cycles and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to enhance project outcomes and knowledge quality. Required Qualifications PhD in Biology or a closely related Life Sciences discipline. Strong expertise in biological sciences, research methodologies, and scientific reasoning. Experience analyzing and interpreting scientific data and research findings. Ability to critically evaluate scientific content and identify inaccuracies or gaps. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Research experience in academia, industry, or research institutions. Experience publishing scientific papers or contributing to peer-reviewed research. Background in interdisciplinary scientific collaborations. Familiarity with scientific literature review and evidence-based analysis. Experience mentoring, teaching, or communicating complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or technology-related projects is a plus but not required.
