Maple Maids is hiring experienced residential cleaners who live in west or south Ottawa.

We're growing in your area and need cleaners who can serve their home territory.

We have hourly and flat-rate jobs, so fast and thorough cleaners earn $30?40/hr in practice ? depending on your speed and how close your route runs. Some jobs (move-outs, deep cleans) are paid hourly at a premium rate. Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

$600?$2,000+ per week depending on how many jobs you take. Our top cleaners are at the high end. New cleaners typically start around $800?$1,200/week while they learn our standards.

HOW IT WORKS

• We send you the jobs through our app. You accept what fits your schedule.
• You set your own availability. Work mornings only, weekends only, or full-time. Your call.
• Most of our cleaners build a base of recurring weekly or biweekly clients in their territory ? same homes, same routes, predictable income.
• We handle the customer, the quote, the payment, and the complaints. You clean and leave.
• Keep your private clients. Use us to fill gaps in your week.
• Every applicant hears back within 24 hours.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1+ year of paid residential cleaning experience (franchise, agency, or established private)
• Reliable car and valid driver's license. We assign you to a home territory based on where you live ? you won't be sent across the city. Most of our cleaners work within 25 minutes of home.
• Mop, microfiber cloths, and cleaning supplies. (Vacuums are provided by clients ? no hauling between jobs)
• Able to communicate clearly with our dispatch and customers in English

WHAT WE COMMIT TO YOU

Weekly direct deposit every Friday. No surprises on schedule. Dispatch that handles customer complaints so you don't have to. A territory we don't drift outside of.
