Role Description The Physiotherapist or Acupuncturist or Osteopathic role is a part-time, on-site position based in Montreal, QC. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients’ musculoskeletal and functional conditions, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering hands-on physiotherapy, osteopathic techniques, and acupuncture treatments. The role involves documenting clinical findings, monitoring progress, adjusting therapies as needed, and collaborating with other practitioners within the clinic to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. The professional in this position will educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, posture, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and mobility. Additional duties may include contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions and maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, and professional conduct. Qualifications Clinical expertise in physiotherapy, osteopathy, and acupuncture, with the ability to integrate these approaches in patient treatment plans. Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation planning, including use of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage caseload efficiently, and follow clinic protocols and regulatory requirements. Relevant professional degree(s) in physiotherapy and/or osteopathy, with recognized training in acupuncture. Valid license or eligibility for licensure with appropriate professional orders/boards in Quebec. Experience working in musculoskeletal, sports medicine, or rehabilitation settings is an asset. Comfort working in both French and English is beneficial in a Montreal clinical environment.
