Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team, two days a week. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving breakfast items to our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure a pleasant dining experience, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our hotel patrons.

Hours are Tuesday's and Wed 530AM to 1130AM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including food stations, utensils, and dining tables.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their meal choices.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor food supplies and replenish items as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and handling.
• Assist in the breakdown of the breakfast area after service, ensuring all items are cleaned and stored properly.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
