Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator
Part-Time Remote Role
Charis Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator to support social media scheduling, community engagement, lead capture, and digital workflow management using tools such as GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT.
This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who enjoys structured marketing operations, social media management, engagement follow-up, and organizing digital content across multiple brands.
We will provide the core content, messages, videos, and brand direction. Your role will be to help organize, repurpose, schedule, post, monitor engagement, capture leads, and support consistent follow-up workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule approved content across Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms Repurpose provided content into captions, quote posts, graphics, reels descriptions, and short-form social posts Manage content calendars and posting schedules Monitor comments, inbox activity, and social engagement Respond to basic engagement using approved scripts and escalation guidelines Capture and organize leads from social media platforms, Facebook /Instagram ads, website forms, and GoHighLevel Help move leads into the correct GHL pipeline or workflow Track lead source, response status, and follow-up needs Support GHL campaigns, forms, tags, workflows, social planner, and basic contact organization Assist with email and SMS campaign formatting and scheduling Organize digital assets, captions, graphics, videos, and post ideas Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, captions, content organization, and repurposing Maintain brand consistency across healthcare, ministry, and publishing content Follow privacy and compliance guidelines, especially for healthcare-related communication
Important Note
This role does not require creating the main content strategy from scratch. Core content, videos, messages, and direction will be provided. The priority is execution, organization, engagement management, and lead capture.
For Charis Healthcare, the coordinator must follow privacy guidelines and should not request, collect, or discuss protected health information publicly through social media comments or DMs. Any patient-specific issue must be escalated to the appropriate internal team.

Highly organized and dependable Strong in written English communication Familiar with social media scheduling and engagement Comfortable using GoHighLevel or willing to learn quickly Familiar with Canva and basic graphic formatting Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok Comfortable using Google Workspace Familiar with ChatGPT or other AI tools Able to follow instructions and approved scripts Detail-oriented with strong workflow organization skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable in a fast-moving startup-style environment

Hours
Approximately 10 hours per week initially, with potential for growth based on performance, reliability, and organizational expansion.
Compensation
Starting at $3.50–$4.50/hour, depending on experience, communication ability, GoHighLevel familiarity, and workflow capability.
