Shift: Part time Monday - Friday; 7:30am starts SUMMARY: To assist straight truck drivers with the loading and unloading of freight for dedicated delivery schedules. Will be required to hand-bomb and stock customer locations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Secure load and manual material equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, carts). Forklift and Walkie certification will be provided. Sort documentation. Place any ramps, stairs, or rollers in a safe manner and return back in storage/travel area upon completion of delivery. Count and load freight accurately and safely. Assist with the loading and unloading of electric jiggers. Move product into customer locations and place accordingly into cooler or freezer. Maintain a clean and tidy trailer throughout the day. Learn the Erb Solomon program and other computer functions All other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read and write English. Will be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Various shift start and end times. Team player, willing to work with others.
