Part-Time Sales Assistant for Home Sale
Job Summary We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and professional candidate to join the builder's sales centre team on weekends. This role involves providing smooth communication between clients and agents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills to help facilitate successful property transactions and client relationships.
This position is ideal for a *student at Brock University* looking to gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the sales centre
- Conduct showings of pre-construction homes and subdivision models
- Present available homes, layouts, features, and community information with confidence
- Maintain a professional and presentable sales environment
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Support the sales team with customer follow-up and general sales centre duties
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with clients and conducting presentations/showings
- Real estate experience is an asset but not required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable *weekend availability* (Saturday & Sunday)
- Interest in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
- Must have access to reliable transportation and preferably own a vehicle to commute to the sales centre location in Thorold, near Naigara Falls, Ontario
