Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Part-Time File Maintenance Clerk (24-39 hours/week) from at our Agro location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach.  • Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. • Complete invoicing and related documentation to support location accounting operations. • Maintain price list and product information accuracy in the point of sale (POS) system. • Support inventory processes and stock-taking initiatives by tracking adjustments and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system data. • Support daily end-of-day procedures, cash ups, and completion of required daily reports. • Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:  You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service and meet the following requirements: • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; office administration and agriculture training or knowledge are considered assets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with strong data entry skills and point-of-sale system experience. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels. • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work productively with minimal supervision. • Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. • Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. • Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual labour during inventory counts, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and crouching; work is primarily in an office environment with exposure to shop and warehouse areas. • Able to obtain WHMIS and TDG certifications.
