This is not your typical photography or videography position. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a client-facing environment, and is excited to learn the technical side of real estate photography and videography. Professional camera experience is not required - they are prepared to train the right individual from the ground up. If you're dependable, coachable, confident, and eager to build a long-term career with a growing company, this could be an exceptional opportunity. Paid training is provided at $25.00 per hour. Once training is complete, you'll transition to a per-property compensation model, giving motivated team members the opportunity to earn the equivalent of $35-50+ per hour as their skills and efficiency grow. Key Responsibilities As the Real Estate Media Specialist, you will become the face of the company during every property visit. Responsibilities include: Capturing photography and videography at residential and commercial properties using company-provided equipment. Following established company shot lists, workflows, and brand standards to ensure consistent results. Delivering an exceptional client experience by interacting professionally with real estate agents and homeowners. Helping clients feel comfortable during each shoot through clear communication and a friendly, confident approach. Organizing and uploading media files according to company procedures. Safely transporting, operating, and maintaining company equipment. Identifying opportunities to recommend additional media services and packages to clients, with performance-based earning opportunities tied to your success. Continuously developing your technical skills through ongoing training and coaching. Professional photography or videography experience is not required. Our client believes technical skills can be taught. They are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn. Full training and all equipment will be provided. Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring travel throughout Windsor and the surrounding area. Candidates should be comfortable: Driving between multiple client locations so must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Carrying camera equipment and gear bags. Operating a camera and gimbal for extended periods. Standing and walking throughout multiple property shoots. Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start. Flexible scheduling based on client appointments. Some evenings and weekends required.
