Front Counter Sales Representative Part-time Permanent Position, 8-32 hours/week Burnaby, BC If you enjoy working with customers, staying busy, and being part of a team that gets things done, this role is a strong place to build your career. As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services, answering questions, and keeping things moving. It’s a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination with the shop team. From day one, you’ll have the training, equipment, and support to do your job safely and build your skills. Whether you’re starting out or looking to grow in the industry, you’ll have a clear path forward here. Responsibilities Help customers find the right tires and services based on their needs Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and complete transactions Answer calls, book appointments, and keep customer records up to date Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience Resolve customer concerns in a practical and professional way Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach Comfortable recommending products and closing sales Interest in the automotive industry (experience is an asset, not required) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Commitment to following safety processes What We Offer Starting wage: $22.06 per hour, with clear progression Flexible part-time hours between 8-32 hours a week with flexibility to work on the weekends.
