For this time, DigitalBattleSec Intelligence is launching a global programme for Cybersecurity Correspondents to report, analyze, and share insights on cyber threats, digital trends, data breaches, and global cybersecurity developments in all countries you might be located in.

Role Description The Cybersecurity Correspondent is a part-time remote role responsible for monitoring, researching, and reporting on global cybersecurity incidents, trends, and AI-driven threats. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves gathering information from reputable security feeds, threat intelligence reports, and public sources, then distilling complex technical topics into clear, accessible written content for a wide audience. The Correspondent will produce news articles, briefings, and analytical pieces, and may contribute to social media updates and newsletters that highlight key developments and risks. Collaboration with threat analysts, penetration testers, and risk specialists is expected to ensure accuracy and depth of coverage. The role also includes engaging with readers and stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and supporting cybersecurity awareness initiatives across Digitalbattlesec Intelligence’s channels.

As a Cybersecurity Correspondent, you will:

Research and report on cybersecurity incidents and global cyber trends Contribute to a global cybersecurity awareness network Write short articles, news briefs, or analytical insights Monitor trusted sources, forums, and reports for relevant updates Share content through digital platforms, provided and community channels Collaborate with a distributed international correspondents network

Required Skillset

We are looking for individuals with the following abilities: Core Skills Strong writing and storytelling skills (English or French ) Basic understanding of technology, internet, or digital platforms Ability to research and verify information from credible sources Critical thinking and analytical mindset Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Bonus Skils (Not required but valuable ) Interest in cybersecurity, hacking trends, or digital defense Experience in blogging, journalism, or content creation Familiarity with LinkedIn, Medium, or online publishing platforms Knowledge of Open Source Intelligence techniques Basic understanding of data privacy, cybercrime, or IT systems

No formal cybersecurity or journalism degree is required but Bachalor's degree in any degree.

Expectations Selected correspondents are expected to: Publish at least 1–4 short cybersecurity news report per month (flexible commitment) Maintain accuracy, neutrality, and ethical reporting standards Respect confidentiality and avoid spreading unverified claims Actively contribute to global cybersecurity awareness discussions Promote content visibility through various platforms such as LinkedIn and X. Represent DigitalBattleSec Intelligence professionally online
