Required Teaching Qualifications
A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers Primary and Junior Qualifications French as Second Language Part 1
Position Criteria
Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac) Evidence of understanding of varied learners with a focus on ‘at-risk’ students Evidence of supporting Literacy and Numeracy from a whole school perspective Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively Demonstrated ability to utilize EDSBY to support student learning and guardian communication
