About the role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. This position is well suited to both seasoned clinicians looking for a fresh professional setting and new graduates eager to learn, grow, and establish a strong caseload within a collaborative clinic.
Our clinic operates 6 days per week. This position requires a 3-5 day workweek, including a combination of daytime and evening shifts, with weekend coverage. The exact schedule will be determined collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Training or experience in Women?s Health, Acupuncture/Dry Needling, and/or Concussion/Vestibular rehabilitation is considered an asset(New graduates with a strong interest in continuing education in these areas are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to care
- A genuine commitment to individualized, patient-focused treatment
- Professional, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment and treatment of a primarily orthopedic caseload
- Effectively manage a full caseload, including documentation, reports, communication, and follow-up
- Deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented care, utilizing objective outcome measures to track progress
- Manage WCB and MVA in addition to private patients
