Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused team member to support daily food service operations. Responsibilities include food preparation, inventory management, receiving deliveries, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, completing opening and closing procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for cleaning walk in fridge & freezer, oven, and baking station Responsible for receiving and stock deliveries Responsible for opening and/or closing checklist, as well as necessary reports Responsible for weekly inventories, stocking and other tracking reports Assist with cooking duties and prep work Be familiar and able to follow HACCP/QA standards for food preparation Ensure adherence to human resource and health/safety policies, as well as all other Compass policies Know, understand and comply with all relevant operational standards and procedures that are current Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Ensure compliance with all sanitation, and safety requirements. Make recommendations, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
