Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients to support its Micro1 platform, seeking an English Voice Coach to provide coaching services. The role involves delivering high-quality voice coaching sessions in English to learners across the platform.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions tailored to individual learner needs. • Assess learners’ pronunciation, intonation, and clarity to identify areas for improvement. • Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to enhance learners’ spoken English skills. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve platform features based on user feedback. • Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learner progress for performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Native-level proficiency in English with clear, neutral accent and pronunciation. • Experience in voice coaching, accent reduction, or language instruction is required. • Strong active listening and communication skills to provide effective feedback. • Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit diverse learner backgrounds and proficiency levels. • Proficiency in digital platforms for scheduling and conducting virtual coaching sessions.
