About the role
Do you like to have fun while helping people achieve their dream spaces? We are currently looking for motivated, creative and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
We are hiring for retail sales associates. Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required. We will train you!
You would be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in choosing the right colours and products for their jobs, both in person and over the phone
- Tinting and colour matching paint
- Assisting customers in choosing the right window coverings or wallpaper for their space
- Helping with store maintenance (ie. stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and tidy)
- Working well by yourself when necessary and with a team member
- Working standard retail hours, weekends included. No late nights here, store closes by 6pm at the latest!
- Providing the best customer service experience possible ( this includes helping customers bring their purchases to their vehicle when necessary)
- Working with programs on the computer as well as with a pos system
- Standard training period of 3 months
- Must have transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
