About the role
Proactive Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is state of art facility conveniently located in West and South Edmonton. We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Office Admin to join our team at our West Location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and practitioners with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth running of clinic such as complete patient registrations, appointment bookings/rebooking?s, cancellations, cleaning patient rooms and other required duties.
- Ensuring that all communications via phone calls, emails, voicemails and fax etc. are being answered in a proper and timely manner
- Review and process patient records and patient information in an appropriate manner
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
- Prioritizing and completing tasks according to urgency
- Cleaning duties as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, or other related field
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and willingness to learn
- Must have completed high school as a minimum
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word etc.)
