Kingpin Bowlounge Boston Pizza is hiring a part-time Prep Cook! 

What will you be doing? 

• Using a daily prep chart prep cooks will estimate par levels of pre-portioned recipes, meats and seafood, breads, and produce. 
• Fresh vegetable preparations, i.e. diced and sliced vegetables. 
• Grilling chicken breasts and hamburgers.  
• Cooking pasta following specific recipe procedures to achieve al dente pasta.  
• Mixing, weighing and portioning pizza dough.  
• Monitoring the shelf life and par levels of all prepared products.  
• Following proper food thawing and food cooling procedures.  
• Working closing with kitchen supervisors and kitchen manager.  

What We're Looking For? 

• Some experience required, or ability to follow written recipes and instructions.  
• Strong understanding of food safety, FIFO, proper food storage.  
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 
• Some schedule flexibility required, consistent schedules available.
