Job Description:
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Selling life insurance products: Providing expert advice and solutions to clients based on their individual needs.
- Generating leads: Developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract new clients.
- Building relationships: Establishing trust and rapport with clients to build a strong and loyal client base.
- Providing exceptional customer service: Ensuring clients receive timely and effective support.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets: Driving revenue and contributing to the company's growth.
Probation Period:
This position includes a probation period of 6 months. Upon a completion of a successful probation period your compensation will be altered to include the base salary. During this period, you will receive:
- Base Plus Commission: You will earn a percentage of your sales.
- Training and support: We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
- Performance evaluation: Your progress will be reviewed regularly.
- Opportunity for full-time employment: Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be offered permanent full-time employment with Cooperators Insurance.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Life Insurance Agent in Ontario (LLQP): You must have the necessary licensing and be eligible to practice in Ontario.
- Strong sales and communication skills: You are able to effectively communicate with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented: You are driven to achieve sales goals and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently: You are comfortable managing your own schedule and responsibilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor: You represent Cooperators with integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle: Required for client visits and travel.
