Your work directly supports infection prevention and control practices while helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the organization.Key responsibilities include:Cleaning and disinfecting patient/resident rooms, washrooms, clinical areas, offices, corridors, and common spacesPerforming daily, discharge, terminal, and outbreak cleaning procedures in accordance with organizational and infection control standardsSafely handling waste, recycling and cleaning chemicals following WHMIS and safety guidelinesRestocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment and carts in good working orderResponding to urgent cleaning requests, spills, and service needs in a timely and professional mannerSupporting a positive patient and resident experience through respectful interactions and strong customer serviceFollowing health and safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to support quality patient and resident care Additional InformationReady to be part of something greater?
