What Would You Be Doing?

• Operate a company provided shuttle van to offer rides to customers at the airport, parking in the long term parking lot
• Operate the van on a fixed route
• Look for walking passengers and offer a ride to / from the terminal
• Assist with luggage onloading / offloading if needed
• Greet all customers, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized
• Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision
• Promote awesome customer relations. Smile! Go above and beyond!
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor across various departments

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Outdoor and indoor environments which includes varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Required to drive and stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift

General requirements and shift type?

• Must have a valid class 4 or 5 license
• Must have reliable transportation to get to / from the airport
• Saturday, Sunday, and some holidays
• 2 part-time positions available: 4am to 2pm and 2pm to 12am (Saturday, Sunday)
• Customer service / shuttle service experience preffered
