Overview

ILAHUI Canada is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BONNIE DOON SHOPPING CENTRE in Edmonton, AB. In this position, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their purchases, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable retail experience in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance in locating products that suit their needs.
• Offer helpful product knowledge and recommend items based on customer preferences.
• Accurately process purchases and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to help increase store sales.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Keep up to date with current promotions, new arrivals, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy retail setting.
• Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
