Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Warehouse Support to join our team at our Shelburne location. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with an agricultural background or a strong interest in learning about agricultural retail. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their needs while working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries related to agricultural supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the warehouse area.
• Load customer vehicles with product where required.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience with cashiering duties.
• Ability to lift 25kgs bags repeated where necassary.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• A background in agriculture or familiarity with livestock is an asset.
• Some Saturdays required.
