Overview Part-Time Front of House Supervisor Opportunity for Full-Time Advancement Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, service-driven, and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by leading front-of-house operations, supporting team members, and ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met. This role works closely with management to drive restaurant performance, maintain operational excellence, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence Deliver and maintain an exceptional guest experience at all times. Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service. Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolution. Spend a significant portion of each shift on the floor coaching, assisting, and supporting staff. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and support front-of-house team members, including Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Expeditors, and Mobile Servers. Provide ongoing coaching, training, recognition, and performance management. Promote teamwork and collaboration to achieve service and operational goals. Step into any front-of-house position as required to ensure uninterrupted guest service. Operations & Compliance Complete daily, weekly, and operational checklists accurately and on time. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the restaurant, property, and equipment. Follow and enforce food safety and workplace safety standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, promotions, and operational procedures. Attend scheduled management meetings and contribute to business planning and execution. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Support management in controlling food, beverage, labor, and waste costs. Assist with inventory management, product ordering, invoice processing, and receiving. Ensure cash handling policies and procedures are followed accurately. Assist with administrative duties including payroll, invoices, and reporting requirements. Support achievement of budgeted labor and operational targets. Community & Business Development Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts. Help drive business growth through positive guest interactions and operational excellence. Support company mission, vision, and values through daily actions and decision-making. Qualifications Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and restaurant operations. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to remain professional, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Min CAD $18.50/Hr. Max CAD $18.50/Hr.
