Job Summary As a Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional guest services that reflect our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate wait times and provide updates to guests as needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, stocking and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Expediting food as needed
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Excellent guest services skills, ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed.
• Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to help resolve guest issues with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries professionally.
• A friendly personality that contributes to creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests.
