Lemon Cleaners is hiring a Lead Cleaner to join our growing team based in Langford, BC. Work locations may vary throughout Langford, Victoria, Colwood, and Sooke depending on scheduled services however, majority in Langford.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in general cleaning, property move-in and move-out resets, and commercial or residential common area cleaning. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in growing into a leadership role as the company expands.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning services at multiple properties
• Maintain common areas, entrances, lobbies, stairwells, and shared spaces
• Ensure homes and suites are move-in ready and meet company standards
• Assist with building caretaking and property support tasks as required
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
• Report property deficiencies, maintenance concerns, or safety issues when observed

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Cellphone for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work independently and lead others when required

Wage: Starting at $23.00 per hour, with increases based on experience, performance, reliability, and leadership responsibilities.
