We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team at the Vernon location as a Cashier and possibly moving to a Key holder position in the future.

This job is not suitable for Students.

We are looking for the candidate to work a part time position (8 - 10 hours per week), Shifts include afternoons/evening and all weekends. Must be available during these times.

The hours at location are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*-*working well with other staff to create a good customer service environment.

-efficient on a POS system and a good knowledge of customer service.

• Overseeing staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks are being completed in the Store Manager?s absence.

• Monitor the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and respond to customer needs in a timely fashion

• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with company policy and procedures

• Manage backroom stock and ensure adequate inventory levels on the sales floor

Knowledge requirements, skills and/or abilities:

• Key holder or Management experience of 2-5 years a must

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to lift boxes from 20 to 45 lbs and comfortable with use of ladders on sales floor and stock room

• Ability to delegate daily task lists for staff and ensure completion of duties and responsibilities

• A willingness to grow your leadership skills

Pay: $17.85-$25.95 per hour
