Job Description
Position Overview:
We’re hiring skilled, dependable Movers to join our relocation team. You’ll work hands-on with senior clients and their families to pack, move, and resettle homes with care. You’ll handle everything from disassembly and truck loading to careful furniture placement and reassembly, all while ensuring a smooth and supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lift and move items up to 75 lbs consistently (heavier items as team lifts) Wrap and pad furniture, secure loose items (e.g. lamps, plants, electronics) Disassemble/reassemble beds, tables, and unmount/mount basic electronics like TVs Load trailers with guidance from your team lead, ensuring items are stable and protected Safely transport items through elevators, stairwells, tight corridors, and into new homes Unload and place furniture based on floor plans or client instructions Follow direction from team leads and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude Provide excellent customer service and respectful interaction with seniors at all times Work calmly and professionally in high-pressure or emotional environments Stay on-site until the job is complete (some moves may run past scheduled hours)

What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and able to consistently lift up to 75 lbs Friendly, respectful, and empathetic — especially toward seniors Team player with the ability to take direction and adapt quickly Detail-oriented, careful, and committed to protecting clients’ belongings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in both fast-paced and emotionally sensitive settings
Requirements
Clean criminal record check Valid Class G driver’s license First Aid certification is an asset Previous moving experience is an asset but not required Available for part-time work, including some weekends and overtime as needed
Compensation And Benefits
Wage: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
