About the role

LC Associate - Part time - 5:00pm to 10pm $18.60 / Per Hour Job Purpose: Logistics Center (LC) Associate is responsible for all products being received and/or shipped out of the company with the established Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the department. Assists in other areas of logistics duties as assigned by lead hand, supervisor or Manager to ensure operational success. Responsibilities: Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards in all functions performed during assigned shift Obtain required level of knowledge and understanding within the company’s WMS Able to move readily from function to function as required by business need Forklift certified employees will be required to use various MHE to put away or obtain large items either at ground level of on high shelves, for shipping The employee will review work requests or tasks for items needed and ensure proper products are put away or picked from appropriate area Employee will use a RF scanner Ensure complete product accuracy of each order, while maintaining set operational standards, so as to provide quality customer service. Maintain 100% accuracy Able to lift up to 50lbs, any additional weight is to be lifted with assistance Replenishes workstations with supplies Participates in inventory activities Assist in other areas of the warehouse as assigned by your supervisor, to ensure operational success Adheres to all TD SYNNEX Canada, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Policies, procedures and standards Maintain a safe and clean working environment Hours of work Monday -Friday are 5:00pm to 10:00pm Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) Experience with RF Scan Guns and a warehouse management system, preferably SAP. Cette personne soutient également d’autres activités logistiques selon les directives du chef d’équipe, du superviseur ou du gestionnaire afin d’assurer le succès des opérations. Responsabilités : Atteindre ou dépasser les normes de productivité et de précision dans toutes les tâches effectuées pendant le quart de travail assigné. Acquérir le niveau requis de connaissances et de compréhension du système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS) de l’entreprise. Être en mesure de passer rapidement d’une fonction à une autre selon les besoins opérationnels. Les employés certifiés pour la conduite de chariots élévateurs devront utiliser divers équipements de manutention (MHE) pour ranger ou récupérer des articles volumineux au niveau du sol ou sur des étagères élevées en vue de leur expédition. Examiner les demandes de travail ou les tâches concernant les articles requis et s’assurer que les produits appropriés sont rangés ou prélevés dans la zone désignée. Utiliser un lecteur RF (radiofréquence). Assurer l’exactitude complète de chaque commande tout en respectant les normes opérationnelles établies afin d’offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité. Maintenir un taux de précision de 100 %. Pouvoir soulever jusqu’à 50 lb; tout poids supplémentaire doit être manipulé avec assistance. Réapprovisionner les postes de travail en fournitures. Participer aux activités d’inventaire. Soutenir d’autres secteurs de l’entrepôt selon les directives du superviseur afin d’assurer le succès des opérations. Respecter toutes les politiques, procédures et normes de santé et sécurité de TD SYNNEX Canada ainsi que les exigences provinciales et fédérales applicables. Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et propre. Horaire de travail : du lundi au vendredi, de 17 h à 22 h. Connaissances, compétences et expérience : Poste de niveau débutant (0 à 1 an d’expérience professionnelle pertinente). Expérience avec les lecteurs RF et un système de gestion d’entrepôt, idéalement SAP. Une certification pour les équipements de manutention (MHE) constitue un atout.
