Instructional Excellence: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Spanish that align with the B.C. New Curriculum, focusing on communication, acquisition, and cultural competency. Spiritual Leadership: Model a vibrant Christian life and integrate faith-based perspectives into language studies (e.g., exploring global missions, stewardship, and cultural diversity as God’s design). Assessment: Implement diverse assessment strategies (formative and summative) to support student growth and provide regular feedback via [Insert Platform, e.g., MyEdBC]. Community Engagement: Participate in staff devotions, departmental meetings, and school-wide spiritual retreats.

Faith Commitment: A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ who is an active member of a local Christian church and signs our Statement of Faith. Skills: Strong classroom management, ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and proficiency in educational technology.

As a faith-based educational institution, RCAS hires staff whose beliefs and conduct align with our Christian mission, values, and Statement of Faith.
