Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. on Tuesdays or Fridays AND alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in various aspects of dentistry, including Restoration . As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
• Provide high-quality clinical care including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive treatments
• Utilize technology such as scanners for designing dental restorations and prosthetics.
• Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent software.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow in the office.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• At least a year's experience in a Canadian Dental Office.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using ABELDent is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Schedule:

• week days; 12 to 7pm.
• Saturdays; 9 am to 4 pm.

Compensation

The General Dentist will be compensated at 40% of individual Collections.
