Italian-Speaking Personal Support Worker (PSW)

We're currently hiring Italian-speaking PSWs to join our caring team and serve our growing community in Mississauga. If you’re passionate about making lives better and enjoy connecting with clients in their own language, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Communicate fluently in Italian or Portuguese and English with clients and families
• Document care notes and updates accurately
• Be reliable and show up with a positive attitude
• Represent Nurse Next Door’s Happier Aging philosophy

Qualifications

• PSW Certification (Ontario-recognized)
• Fluent in Italian and English (verbal)
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
• Availability for mornings, evenings, or weekends
